Thank you to everyone who auditioned for a Band Front position.  It was clear that everyone worked hard to learn the routines! While we wish that we could take every student who auditioned, that is not an option.  The students who earned positions for the 2019-2020 school year are listed in the attachment below.

ALL Band Fronts, returning and new members, should pick up an information packet in the band room this coming week. If anyone has questions regarding an audition they should contact Mr. Weaver or Ms. Burton on Monday.

If you don’t have the payment available, please turn in the form and let me know when you can pay the registration fee.  See my previous post if you need a form (or pick one up in the band room).

The Spring Flower Fundraiser is happening now.  Orders are due right after spring break.  If you need an order form check the blog post for the sale (or pick one up in the band room).

Ms. Kayla Eidle, our student teacher from UD, needs the Student Release Forms returned tomorrow so that she can video herself conducting for her graduation portfolio.  Every band member needs to complete a form (including band fronts, managers, etc.).  The link is below.  There are also hard copies in the band room.  Please e-mail me if you need a Spanish version of the form.

UD Student Teacher Release Form 2019

Mr. Weaver

We are traveling to Hershey Park on Saturday, May 4th to compete in a music festival. This is a one-day trip.  We will leave in the morning and return in the evening.  We will compete in Concert Band, Mixed Choir, and Marching Parade Review.  The Band Boosters are helping with the trip expenses, so the cost for each student is only $50! Please complete the registration and permission form and return it to Mr. Weaver ASAP.  We need to tell the festival and motorcoach company how many students are traveling by next week!

If you are using money from your fundraising account please make a note of that on the form.  If you need to know how much is in your fundraising account email Mr. Weaver.

If you would like to participate but need to turn in the money at a later date please speak with Mr. Weaver ASAP!
